Laura brings more than 15 years of industry experience specializing in sales and marketing. She has served as Community Relations Director, Regional Marketing Director, and Marketing Director. Laura’s first experience in communities like SearStone was as a volunteer at the age of 15 where she found a passion for working with people and the industry.

Laura and her family have relocated to Holly Springs from Clearwater, Florida where she served as Regional Sales Director for a community with locations throughout Florida.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Laura and her family ~ including her 6 year old son ~ are looking forward to exploring all that North Carolina has to offer.

Morgan brings more than four years of senior living marketing experience and has served as the Director of Community Relations at Sunrise Senior Living. Morgan hails from Ohio, and is a graduate of Ohio University’s Scripps School of Journalism.  She and her husband, Mark, currently live in Durham.  They enjoy gardening, cooking and traveling.

Debbie's career has always focused on doing what it takes to create fulfilling experiences for her clients. Prior to joining the SearStone sales team, she served for 11 years as marketing director within the shopping-center industry. Originally from New Jersey, Debbie and Dave live in North Raleigh and enjoy gardening and hiking in the outdoor-friendly North Carolina climate.

Karen has always worked with quality customer service as a top priority. She spent 21 years with IBM supporting customers in many capacities. She studied at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and continued her education with service, planning, and marketing skills with the IBM education service.

Karen lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Tony. She enjoys working on her new home, spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, and entertaining friends.
