Q: How much do SearStone homes cost?
A: SearStone has so many residential floor plan options that there is no one price - and, therefore, potentially a perfect home for everyone! The best way to explore your options is to visit the SearStone Information Centre, see the scale model, and floor plans, and learn about the pricing of the home styles that interest you most. Right now, SearStone offers special preconstruction pricing starting at $280,000.

Q: Do my spouse or partner and I both have to be 62 to live here?
A: No. At least one of you must be 62.

Q: What is "Life Care"?
A: Life Care is one of two types of Membership choices at SearStone: a Life Care Agreement (Type A) and a Fee-for-Service Agreement (Type C). Life Care includes a long-term care insurance component and can be used in conjunction with long-term care insurance for increased financial efficiency. This means that, should you choose the Life Care Membership and ever find yourself seeking assisted living or nursing services, your Life Care Agreement at SearStone protects you financially.
